MS Query Maximum return rows

I set a data source in EXCEL. Tried to bring data from SQL server database to
EXCEL. It works fine when less than 32768 records were returned. If the
recordset has more than 32768 rows, MS query only showed 32768 rows.

I did not check to restrict return rows. I want my 50000 records all
returned in MS query then it can be sent to EXCEL. Now It failed to me. Error
shows "Can't show all records".

My question is, does MS Query has a limited capacity to return query result?
If it does, what is it maximum return rows?

Any helps.

Thank you.
