Hi,

I have just finished creating my first Producer presentation. It's made up
of approx 35 slides, and 2 separate audio files. In total the presentation
is 2 hours long and about 30mb.

My first problem is the size of the file. I'm working to a 10mb limit and
want to split the presentation into 4x30 minute slots.

My second problem is I can't work out how to do it.

Can anyone help? .... please!

Thanks
Chris.

There is nothing you can do post production but republishing the
presentation there are some options:

Possibly you can export to a different profile (with lower quality audio)
and get the presentation under 10 MB. I would also make sure that any
graphics used in the presentation are sized to be appropriate (anything
bigger than 800x600 is probably a waste).

If this doesn't get you under 10 mb limit then you can start with the
original presentation, cut out appropriate sections on the timeline, then
save in a new presentation (4 times for your separate presentations). You
could also modify the presentations so that when one ends the next starts
automatically (by putting appropriate links in the onload section of an
html page and including it as the last thing in the presentation)
