ms-photoedit can be installed with MSOffice
Is it possible to install ms-photoedit on a Terminal
Server ?

Yes, you can install it, you just have to do it manually.

Just copy the PhotoEd folder from your Office disks onto
your terminal server and you should be just fine.

After the installationn I changed the registry setting
HLM\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\GraphicFilters
security : Auth Users : Full Control
and all users could use photoedit
