MS Photo Editor Window Size

About two weeks ago, Photo Editor on my pc (Win XP)
decided that it could only be viewed full screen. The
middle button in the top right corner that usually allows
you to adjust a window to the size you want it
disappeared. Now, it's either full screen, or shrunk up
on the tool bar (task manager?). Any thoughts?

when its minimised on the taskbar right click on its task bar
icon and select Move then use the cursors, you'll find its "off"
screen ...
