MS OUTLOOK send mail to lotus notes

I tried several times. Documents send by MS outlook to Lotus Notes will
become "Winmail.dat".
Anyone can tell me why and how to solve it?
 
check the address you are sending to - double click on them and make sure
its not set to always use rtf.
