MS Outlook as default mail

I have a newer computer and Outlook express is the
default email package. I went to
Tools
Internet options
programs
email
but there is no listing for outlook. Just outlook
express and MSN (MSN is my service provider)

How can I get Outlook as the default?

Do you have Office installed? What version?

account will be deleted without reading.
