ms outlook and adobe

since installing adobe it has started to take over my menu bar at the top of
ms outlook. I wish i could of copy/pasted what this looks like. I now have
three rows (working on a fourth) of some type of shortcut to convert messages
into pdf format. mind you only one shortcut is active the rest are a blank
box (just text "adobe pdf"). the active one says to convert message but
doesn't take me to any other page. How do I get rid of this as ev entually
there will be nothing left of my screen in ms outlook except for rows of
adobe text.

Assuming you are using version 7.0 of Adobe Acrobat, you can use the steps
mentioned at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/acrobat.htm to uninstall the
integration into Outlook.

Earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat will require you to edit the registry to
disable the PDFMaker addin.
