MS Outlook 2003 - Vision Problem

To help a user with a vision problem, I changed "Display Properties" to
"Large Fonts" which was helpful. However, MC Outlook 2003 is still difficult
to read. Is there any way to increase the font size in the addressing windows
( To:...,CC:...,
Subject:...) in this program?

How about changing the DPI settings? Right click on an empty space on the
desktop
and then go here (see screenshot)>
