MS Outlook 2003
In calendar, Annual events view, recurrence pattern is sorted by alphabetic
rather than by month order. Not the first time I've come across an illogical
sort in a Microsoft GUI - last one was SNA Server 4.0 sorting a numeric
column alphabetically - that got sorted.

.. . . and, when I wanted to print out a list of all the recurring Annual
Events, ie Birthdays, in Chronological order, it wasn't possible due to the
invalid ordering sequence in the user interface. When sorting by Recurrence,
the sort sequence should be Chronological, not Alphabetical. Feedback to go
to Microsoft developers really.

The other date field, recurrence range start, includes the start year so
although sorted correctly Chronologically, it is from Aug 1937 through to Jan
2003 (for example) not in order in which the birthdays, anniversaries, or
other annual events occur within the year.
