MS Oultook 03, Click new mail and get message the macros are disab

New install of MS outlook 2003, when i goto the click new message, I get the
message

'the macros are disabled, please refer to online help to enable macros'

I have tried help with no joy, also tried lowering the macro security, but
still no joy.

Can anybody help

Are you using Word as your mail editor? If you use the Outlook editor do
the messages go away?

I was having the same problem with MS Outlook 2003. When I unchecked the box
that had Microsoft Word edit the emails the problem went away. Thank you
