ms natural elite keyboard

I recently purchased a ms natural elite keyboard but
windows xp does not see it every time sometimes I have to
reboot three our four times. I have removed all of my soft
ware from the keyboard that came with the computer but
that hasnt help

It's not related to XP directly. I have the same keyboard, us XP Pro,
and have had ZERO problems.

How do you have the keyboard connected? Via PS2 or USB?
