MS Guidelines for designing Windows dialog?

Hi,
I know that there is a guideline written by Microsoft on how to design your
windows dialogs. However, I can´t find it. Can anyone provide me with a
shortcut?

While not specifically on just dialogs, take a look at

which is the start to an online book from Microsoft called: Official
Guidelines for User Interface Developers and Designers.
