MS Graph problem

Hello

Am am trying to create a trend report for the numbrer of procedures of each type a hospital performs. The data in the table are procedure, month, year, number of procedures. I have a line graph in the report, and the report and graph are grouped by procedure. The problem is that the graph sums the number of procedures together for each type. So I have a grouping and a graph for each procedure type, but the graphs are exactly the same

TIA

If you want separate graphs for each procedure type, set the report's record
source to a query that has one record for each Procedure. Then use the link
master child properties exactly like you would forms and subforms.

There are some issues with graphs used like this in Access 2000 and possibly
later. You might want to check ACG Soft for some tips
