MS Frontpage 2002 unlinked files

D

David

I linked all of my individual web pages to each other
using the Navigation View. When I look at the Site
Summary, all of web pages are listed as unlinked to my
Home Page. When I check hyperlinks, all of the links to
each web page are listed as connected?

Viewing my web site in Edit View allows me to "control
click" on the navigation bars to each web page and back
again - as it should. In Preview View, none of my
navigation bars function.

I used the navigation bars to avoid having to do numerous
custom link bars to cretae a way of navigating my web
site.

So far - no one, even Microsoft technical support, can
explain why all of the files are listed as unlinked yet
all of the hyperlinks are listed as connected.

I have been trying to get this resolved for 6 months. I
am close to scrapping MS frontpage and buying different
web page software.

In Navigation do you see lines connecting your pages to each other or to your homepage? If not then just move them around till they connect they way you want them to be configured.

Use Preview In Browser.
