MS Flight Combat Simulator 3 Multiplayer

Can anyone tell me how to set the realism options for multiplayer mode in Microsoft's Flight Combat Simulator 3? Specifically, I can't set the mode to accept unlimited ammo which is really handy for multiple kill dogfights. Is this possible? How can you set ANY of the flight realism options for multiplayer mode? The manual tells almost nothing and Microsoft's website is worthless, unless you want to pay them for help.

Thanks for the reminder. I had visited the sites before but in my hurried frustration I must have missed what I was looking for. The game now configures properly and the update fixed some of the 3.0 bugs. Thanks very much for the help.

Now that I am successfully flying multi-player missions I ran into one more interesting problem. It doesn't prevent game play but it's weird.

I have three computers connected on a home network to play FCS3 in multiplayer mode. When any of us shoots another plane "down" the target plane computer shows the plane destroyed and the restart/respawn screen to get back into the game and that works fine. The weird thing is that on the attacking plane's computer, the player receives a message "XXX shot down or destroyed" but the shot down plane (if destroyed in the air) continues flying, evidently under no player control. Once the shot down player respawns, the "destroyed" flying plane disappears, the new plane appears and the game continues.

Any suggests or ideas on why the happens or how to fix it?
