MS Excel

Spreadsheet which I have previously been able to Insert Rows to now gives me
the message "MS cannot shift nonblank cells off the worksheet". I have used
this spreadsheet for over 10 years and have never encountered this before.

It means you have data in a row that would be deleted if your insert wa
done. If you're inserting just one row then there's data in the las
row. If you're inserting 10 rows then there's data in at least one o
the last 10 rows. Keep in mind that when you insert a row Excel has t
delete a row to compensate for it

You apparently have some values in the last row of the sheet. Take a look
and see if anything is visible. If you see nothing, there may be a cell(s)
that have a space or some non-visible entry. Delete that row and see what
happens
