MS error reoprt loop

It appears an error reoprt to Microsoft is caught up in a loop, as my
computer keeps trying to send it over and over. I am unable to stiop the
looping. How can I abourt this message being sent over DSL. I already tried
system restore, and the Spyware and Virus scans are clean. It started after
a Desktop Search (Not the Beta version) generated the error. Can anyone tell
me how to break the cycle?
 
Try this: Start > Run and type in

cmd

there type

net stop ersvc

Restart Windows and type (again in "cmd")

net start ersvc
