I am really frustrated. I had a PowerMac for 3 years and it crashed one
month after the extended warranty expired. This time I purchased a PC. A
friend was able to pull some files from the MAC that I desperately needed. I
am able to read those files on the PC as they converted when I copied them
onto my hard drive. As of now, I have an old Mac3 that has the software on
it that I need for a project. My question is: Is there any way that I can
convert these files back to a format that can be read by Mac? The original
files were on a DVD. Of course, when I copy them to a CD (which is the only
disk the older Mac will read), they are in the DOS format. I desperately
need to change the files back to something that the Mac can read. After
finishing this project, there should be no problems. Hope someone out there
has an answer for me. I really don't have time to order a software program
to do this so am hoping there is a simple answer. PLEASE HELP!
