ms-dos probs

I have a problem with my printer, I downloaded a zip file
from Epson, I unzipped it and clicked on set-up, I keep
getting a message c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. Th
system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and
microsoft windows applications.
Help please would be appreciated.
