Windows Defender targets some rootkits. The Malicious Software Removal
tool, which I hope we all run as part of the regular Security Patch
releases--next one is this coming Tuesday--targets a larger number of them.
ok thx again for answering... I have downloaded the rootkit reaveler and it
works correctly; but what to do when the list of rootkits is on my screen?
are all the rootkits in the lis malwares or adwares? if so, how find and
delete them?
You need to read the help for RootKitRevealer to see whether what you see
displayed is natural background items present on many systems, or something
to be worried about.
