MS antispyware System Explorers

AHD

Under the Advanced Tools option, the System Explorers
area is empty of any information. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and rebooting
but this has not fixed the problem.

Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Thank You.

Yes, I have the same problem. I have Windows XP Prof. w/
SP2. The install seemed to go fine - I can run a scan and
everything, but the area for System Explorers shows empty.
I don't know if this is an incompatibility with something
else on my system - i.e. like Norton Anti-Virus/System
Works, or the built-in Firewall, which is enabled, etc.

If someone knows something, help would also definitely be
appreciated.

Thank you.

I had the same problem. It seemed to have happened after I
installed Norton System Works 2004.

I still haven't got the time to uninstall Norton and see
what happens...

The other replies also mention some connection with
Norton...

Have tried restoring the computer to earlier time prior to installing the
software using the System restore? Probably it was not downloaded or
installed properly.
