MS AntiSpyware Lockup

MS AntiSpyware freezes everytime I access Tools/Spyware
Scan/Manage Spyware Quarantine in order to manage the
programs AntiSpyware quarantines; e.g. Kaaza, which has
been removed from my programs list.
 
Leave it sit--perhaps for hours. If this succeeds--give it time--I'd be
very interested to hear both how long it took and an approximation of the
number of files in quarantine.

Quarantine is a subfolder under \program files\microsoft antispyware--so it
is easy to count the files there.
