Ms Anti-Spyware shutting down computer

First, Ms Anti-Spyware removed major spyware and many
many bad stuff...

But, when I tried to do a complete scan, It always shut
down my computer after the beginning of the
scan.... ??????????? Always reboot, I'll re-format and re-
install XP, no choice!

Hi

Reboot your PC in *safe mode*, press F8 during reboot
and scan again.
