MS Anti-Spyware Beta1 - Question

P

PSZ

Hello to all,

is there anybody who can tell me what is the exact
difference between "an Intelligent Quick Scan" and "Full
System scan with all options checked"?

And the second question is how to force this utility to
scan cookies.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

The intelligent quick scan will not allow you to customized it. It will
scan the most common locations, files, folders, registry, process and memory
locations.

A full system scan will allow you to customized the scan. It's a thorough
scan of your entire system.

Suggestion: Run a full system scan on first use of the anti-spyware
program. Run a quick scan regularly. Run a full system scan again after an
update (software or definitions updates was made available).

The tracking cookies is not yet implemented in the beta version of Microsoft
AntiSpyware.
