MS Add In area: "access denied"

I can't even get the MS download/add in area to work.
What gives? Getting:

Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server
does not exist or access denied.

It doesn't mean that _you_ are denied access. My guess is that the SQL
Server that's on the backend of this server is having problems. They could
be reconfiguring, it could have crashed, etc. Only the server admins will
probably ever know.

I'd just give it up for today and check again tomorrow.
