Can we say MS-Access as true RDBMS?, What are the key difference between an
RDBMS SQL-Server and MS-Access

A very rough summary: Access is a passive system, all operations are
executed on the client machine whereas the SQL Server is an active
system.

For more (and important) details please ask in a database related group.
This one is for Outlook programming issues.
