MS Access report

Hi,

I designed a form in MS Access, with a command button captioned 'Reports'
and format of report also defined. Can any one help me to write VB code on
the click event of the command button, similarly, how I can incude an option
for specifying a date range on the basis of some field in report generation.

Hi Allen,

Thank your great reply. I decided to select the first method.

Can you please tell how to do the step 3 (declare two parameters of type
Date/Time: ) from where I get the option to declare parameters.

In query design view, go to the Query menu and select Parameters.

If you are using Access 2007, it's on the Create ribbon.
