MS Access Report HELP PLEASE

I am having trouble try to figure out how to create a report from the
following example. My database has the following fields

FirstName
LastName
City
Addresss
Phone
Church

The problem is we do don't want multiply enties for people living at the
same address for Example

Peter,Jones, 12 Main Street, New York, New Chruch
Sue,Jones, 12 Main Street, New York, New Chruch

We would want to see the report as

Peter,Jones, 12 Main Street, New York, New Chruch
Sue, Jones
Tom, Smith, 54 william Parkwayt, New York, New Chruch
Kim Brown, 77 Richmon Streett, New York, New Chruch

any iteas would be helpfull

You can set Hide Duplicates = Yes in the control properties.
