I want to be able to open a form automatically when the database is started.
This use to be done via Tools/ Startup but I cannot find the equivelent in
Access 2007.

Must be class project --
One way is to create a macro named Autoexec with command to open the form.

In order to NOT open the form on opening the database just hold down the
Shift key.

Click the round Office logo button in the top left corner, choose Access
Options, then Current Database.

I had to ask too. I never would have figured out that logo was a button if
someone hadn't told me.

Sorry it took so lonk to say thanks but the link in the sent email did not
work and it took me ages to find the thread again.

I new about the office button, even went into the database options but still
could not figure it out, so thanks very much
