MS Access 2002 Question

Dolphy

Hi all,

I have imported two tables, Table A and Table B.

Table A has 200 records and Table B has 150 records.

The fields in both tables are identical.

How do I query records that are in Table A but not on Table B. The
results would show me 50 records.

TIA!!!

Hi Dolphy,

You can use an unmatched query to do this. There is a query wizard that will
help you build this. Click on the Queries tab. Then click on the New button.
Pick the last entry: "Find unmatched query wizard". Follow the steps on each
screen. If the table with 200 records contains the same records as the table
with 150 records, then you can pick this table in the first screen.
