MS Access 2000

I'm having trouble with an Access Database using MS Access
2000 with Windows 2000 OS. We have around 50 people that
have access to the database in a server environment. We
had MSOffice 2000 updated to SP3 on 5 users machines.
Sometimes we get a message when a person logs off that
asks you to "repair the Db (Y/N)" , but are unable to
unless everyone is out of the database.
Why do we get this message?
The version of Access & SP3 is 9.0.0.6620 (MSACCESS.EXE)
and 9.0.6926 in the "Help Abuot".
Two machines have 9.0.0.4506(MSACCESS.EXE) and 9.0.6926 in
the databases' "Help About".
Is this a problem?
