I am not able to find the exact dword on eventid. However, a search in the
MS KB results in the following Article:

On a Windows 2000 Server SP4 I also had that problem. Ever
10-15 sec. an MRxSmb warning, ID 3034 with the specifi
status code of 80090322 (SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL) was logge
in the Event Log

In the DNS running on the server I've found some A record
for multiple computers having the same IP address. Deletin
the wrong entries and restarting the server solved th
problem
