We have found that some spreadsheets from Excel 97 that
contain cells using Mround have changed values when
opening in 2002.

Does anyone know if there are any changes made to the
Mround function? (i.e. number of iterations increased?)

You may want to post your formula. The values that are used and your results.

(and for both xl97 and xl2002)
 
Can you give an example of the complete calculation? There is no reason for
Mround to use iteration. I suspect the problem is somewhere else in the
calculation.
