MROUND function

I have a problem with a spreadsheet I am sending to my colleagues in
Germany, some of the formulas contain the "mround" function. This works fine
in the UK but my colleagues in Germany get an error in this field. If they
install the "mround" function via add-ins/analysis toolpak, it will not
show correctly in the German version, everytime I send the sheet, weekly,
they have to activate the function? My question is, is there an alternative
to the "mround" function using standard built in formulas?

I think this works,
=MROUND(A1,3)
equates to
=ROUND(A1/3,0)*3
