I am trying to download a video from WMM and make it a MPEG 1 file. What is
the easy way to do this.
 
You have to use other software than Movie Maker to make an MPEG-1 file....
personally I use TMPGEnc, but there are many other apps. Look for software
that makes VCDs, which use MPEG-1 files.
