MPEG cuts off before end when saved as Autorun

I've put tgether a PPT (2003) with 3 MPEGs inserted (opener, middle and
closer) as well as slides and transistions. When I burn an autorun CD and put
into into another computer it will run okay but when the opening mpeg plays,
it cuts off before the end. I've tried adding extra seconds to the end of the
mpeg but it doesn't help. The other 2 mpegs play fine for the rest of the
presentation.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
