MpCmdRun.exe has stopped working

Hi, I've been getting this error message for about the last week or so.
Whenever I come back to the computer after any amount of time I usually see
this message. I've had WLOC installed for a while, but only recently started
getting the message.

As I understand it, this process is used by WD to check for updates, but as
I have WLOC installed, WD is disabled! Anyone have any suggestions to get to
the root of the problem?

I would recommend WLOC support to start with. Although the WD UI is
disabled, the same underlying technology is in use by WLOC--probably
including MpCmdRun.
