MP3 File editor, then ID3 tag it, first is shareware, second free, but it
needs MS NET framework installed.

The best program for me for multiple editing is mp3Tag. It works with
files of different formats (wma, mp3, ogg, ape, mp4, m4a). besides
it's great at importing information form FreeDb or Amazon, and
automatic search for lyrics and album covers.
