Was going to buy a CD walkman today, for use in college, but before i bought one i thought i'd take a look at what cheap MP3 players eBay had to offer.

Ok so i bought one

It looks generic enought, but i paid £27.99 for it delivered from the stores eBay account

One of the main reasons i purchased one of these is because it's a 128Mb Flash drive as well as an MP3 player, and i always wanted a flash drive, so it should work out good :)

It also stored 40 songs, or a few more WMA's so thats a couple of CD's worth.

I think this is classed as a bargain.

I bought an MP3 player from ebay- a seller in Hong Kong for £27 and it lasted..... 4 days. Its possible that it got wet in my bag, but I was suspicious all the same.

Sorry to be the bringer of possible bad news....

I believe this one has a warranty, so if it blows up, the seller/shop i got it from is in DEEP trouble.

Oh and they have to send me a new one.

this one isn't from hong kong.
 
Chris I would be very interested in a short review of the MP3/Flash you got, do you think you can mange that?

im considering that mp3 player too. ebay has thousands of those for sale. if anyone has this, how do you navigate and use it with only 4 buttons?
 
Fingers crossed it should arrive today

Got an email saying "posted" yesterday, and its aparently Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) so i assume thats 24h. If it arrives today, i'll review it as woohoo i'm not working tonight!!

I'm not expecting much from it, a VERY cheap piece of plastic, that plays MP3's... Nothing more. I'm quite interested in how well the FM radio will work as it has no antenna. I dount it will be much good.

Well i'll have to wait and see.

And as you can probably tell i'm sitting bored outa my mind here at college meant to be doing my business studies homework for 11:40 but what the hey i thought, let's check PCR. ooops.
