MP3 checker

Can anyone suggest a MP3 checker, checks to see if they are good or bad
copies.
Needs to scan a larger collection, and works in Win98Lite.

I've been using EncSpot for a while and find it pretty adequate. I
just went to the guerillasoft web site and they are not there anymore.

I can post the last version I have to alt.binaries.freeware if you
would like?

Good or bad MP3s in what way? Bad frames? Incomplete end? Ripping
glitches? Low bitrate? Lousy encoder? Rap? Et cetera....
