Firebird and Mozilla Thunderbird profiles. It allows you to backup mail,
favorites, contacts, etc.

Changes in Current Version:
Backup from Thunderbird
Backup on 'My documents' (dafault)
Add date to name of the backup file "

Thanks Wayne. Up to now I've been doing this via a batch file I wrote.
This should be easier.
