Moving XP to an upgraded PC

I have a current XP liscense which has been activated and
registered. Now I am building a new computer and I want
to move the XP software.

What do I need to do to move my copy of XP to my new PC?

Adam;
Remove Windows XP from old computer and install on the new computer.
Attempt internet activation.
If that fails, choose the option to activate by phone.
Call displayed toll free number, done in about 5 minutes.

The above applies to retail Windows XP and may not be possible with
OEM Windows XP.
