If you mean "when will changes to Windows cause an Access 2002 app to no longer
work?" then that will happen at the same time as it does for Access 2007 since
they both are Win32 apps that use VBA as their programming langauge.
There are reasons to eventually upgrade any software. "Functionally having to"
is almost never one of them.
