I volunteer for a non-profit organization. I keep the database for them.

I have just installed Office 2003. When I open the file, it says (Access
2000 file format) in the title bar.

How can I change that to Access 2003 file format

Thanks
Theresa

You don't really need to do so. There are very minor differences
between the versions, and 2000 format is the default.

If you have need to do so (one such case: if you want to make a MDE
file) you can use Tools... Convert on the menu.

Open any database. Go to Tools, Options, Advanced tab. You'll see the
default file format option.
