moving the fonts folder

can someone please tell me how to move the fonts folder in
windows xp as it wont let me do this ?

You *might* achieve it *if* you were the sole user account of the
machine - but otherwise you would screw things up dreadfully for any
other, or for the Administrator account. Don't try.
