Moving the "Documents and Settings" folder

Ok, I would like to move the documents and settings
folder to another partition. I want it so that any new
accounts will be created in the new Documents and
Settings folder. The knowledge base article on how to do
this in 2000 does not work for me so please do not just
send me a link to it

Are you running Win XP or 2000?
