Moving Shared Documents Folder

Is there a way to move the Shared Documents folder (in
Windows XP Home)for the C: partition to the D: partition?
the folder has frown so that it is cramping the OS on the
C: side. I know I can resize the partition, but I prefer
to keep my data files on D; drive. TIA
