Moving sent items to diff folder

The name changes when I move sent items to a diff folder - rather than
showing recipient's name it says my name. In order to file all the emails I
need to keep the recipients name in there not mine!! Can anybody help please?!

All you need to do is to modify the default Outlook Folder columns.

Change the view on the folder to "Sent To", just like the view on the Sent
Items folder.
