moving pictures

I can not for the life of me figure out how to move my pictures form windows
mail folder into my windows photo gallery. P.S. I'm not very computer smart
so please explain in dumb persons language.
 
What do you mean by saying the pictures are in a Windows Mail folder?
You mean they exist as attachments to emails?
If so, with that email open, go File, Save Attachments, navigate to the
Pictures folder and save there.
