To move images and other data from devices and/or memory cards you need to
right-click and not left-click. The left-click will give you the copy option
whereas the right-click gives the copy option as well as the move and create
shortcut options. This is actually the safer option as you have to confirm
what you want to do.

IMO the safest way is to copy them, check to make sure they copeid
sucessfully, then go back to the original source and delete them. If
something happens during a move data can be lost.
